As registered auditors we provide a complete
service to meet all obligations placed on Limited Companies
including the preparation and audit of annual financial statements,
filing accounts with Companies House.
If your Company is not required to have
an audit undertaken we can advise on the preparation of Companies
Act compliant accounts for filing with Companies House.
In both roles we liase closely with the
owners/directors to plan and perform our tasks in an efficient
manner with least disruption to the Companies business.
